Using a proven formula that shows how to properly select which individual is given an assignment, illicit buy-in, properly benchmark performance and avoid “buying back” the task. Further instruction and coaching is given so that a manager’s team becomes accountable and productive on a consistent basis.

Resolving Conflict
Training Axis uses a unique approach that shows managers how to head conflict off before it occurs, diffuse the situation once it arises and then effectively respond to the situation so that the team becomes even more productive.
